What are my options?


Diploma?

To complete a Diploma in your place of work,, you do not have to be an Apprentice, you can work towards your Diploma with the support of your employer and your training provider. There is no End Point Assessment or functional skills to pass and you will still receive your Diploma.


Apprenticeship?

An Apprenticeship requires to study and work for your diploma with the support of your employer and training provider, they take between one and four years to complete and at the end you are required to achieve your functional skills and complete an End Point Assessment. The qualification that you receive at the end will be the Diploma you have been working towards.

Do I have to go to College?

No, our training does not involve you going to college, your work towards the qualification is assessed by the employers at your placement and one of our assessors who will meet you monthly and find out how you have been getting on in regards to the work you have been completing.


When can I start?
You can start your Diploma course at any time of the year.
